摘　　要：目的观察青少年近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜的并发症,分析其相关影响因素。方法选择2015年1月至2016年10月我科视光门诊佩戴角膜塑形镜的9~17岁青少年近视患者85例(158只眼),观察戴镜后1 d、1周、1、3和6个月并发症发生情况并分析其相关因素。结果本组病例在复诊的不同时期出现了与角膜、结膜、泪膜及视觉质量相关的并发症,分析其相关因素包括镜片配适、患者知识缺乏、取戴护理操作等方面。结论角膜塑形镜可有效矫正视力,但其并发症亦不容忽视,临床应针对引起并发症的相关因素进行防范以减少并发症的发生。Objective To observe the complications and associated factors for overnight orthokeratology in myopia adolescents.Methods 85 adolescent myopia patients（9~17 years old;n=158 eyes） treated with overnight orthokeratology in our optical outpatient from Jan.2015 to Oct.2016 were observed and analyzed for complications at 1 d,1 w,1 mo,3 mo and 6 mo after wearing.Results Complications were observed in different period regarding cornea,conjunctiva,tear film and visual quality.The associated factors included lens fitting,lack of knowledge,inappropriate operation and nursing.Conclusions Although overnight orthokeratology is an effective method for the correction of myopia,the related complications must be watched carefully.Prevention measurements should be applied according to susceptible factors so as to reduce complications.
