摘　　要：目的探索建立适合口腔颌面外科学肿瘤理论、临床实践的本科阶段教学的架构及实施方法。方法制作口腔颌面肿瘤相关内容本科教学课件,进行适应现代信息技术条件下的教学方式改进,研究多媒体技术手段下的相关教学理念与教学方法特点。结果建立了"9讲"共18个学时的"口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤学"新的多媒体教学课件,实施1名教员完成所有授课的教学方式,提出了符合认知负荷理论的口腔颌面肿瘤学教学特点,改进了现代多媒体技术环境下以课件为核心的教学方法。结论口腔颌面肿瘤教学改革应随着信息媒体技术手段的进步做出变革、改进。Objective To explore how to improve the undergraduate teaching practice about oral and maxillofacial surgery tumors, including courseware and teaching forms. Methods Making teaching multimedia courseware and improving teaching skills for undergraduate students, according to the current tumor knowledge of oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery and morden multimedia technology. Results We set up the ＂nine＂ chapters and 18 class hours new multimedia teaching courseware of the oral and maxillofacial - head and neck oncology; one faculty member completed all the ＂teaching modes＂, discussed the teaching characteristics in accordance with cognitive load theory, improved the modern multimedia courseware technical means. Conclusion Teaching reforms should be made with the progress of information media technology in oral and maxillofacial tumors.
