摘　　要：本文主要分析行动导向教学法在《饮料加工技术》课程中的实施流程及注意事项,并总结应用行动导向教学法的体会。行动导向教学法能有效促进学生的实践技能及综合职业能力的培养,是一种能体现以学生为中心的课程改革模式。This paper analyzed the implementation process and attentions of the action oriented teaching method in the course of beverage processing technology, and summarized the experience of applying the action oriented teaching method. The action oriented teaching method can effectively promote the cultivation of students＂ practical skills and comprehensive vocational ability, and it is a kind of curriculum reform model which can reflect the students as the center.
