南疆高职院校思想政治教师队伍发展探析

摘　　要：对于提高思想政治理论课质量而言,教师是决定因素。文章列举了南疆高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设存在的问题,主要是思想政治理论课认识不足、教师数量不够、师资队伍结构不合理、教师队伍整体素质有待提高、学科支撑薄弱、教学科研组织亟待规范等问题,并针对性地提出加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的若干建议。To improve the quality of ideology and politics theory courses, teachers are the decisive factors. There are still some problems for the development of ideology and politics teachers in southern Xinjiang higher vocational colleges, especially lack of understanding of ideology and politics theory courses, insufficient number of teachers, unreasonable structure of the teachers, the overall quality of teachers needing to be improved,teaching and research needing to be standardized. To solve the problems, the construction of teaching staff for ideology and politics theory courses should be strengthened.
