摘  要:南通职业大学物流管理专业与林森物流集团共建现代学徒制"林森班"。实践中提出了物流管理专业"三岗三能三证""333"工学结合人才培养模式,从"能力、岗位、证书"三个维度对课程体系进行了立体架构与时间对接:立足"三岗"剖析,进行知识解构与行动领域归纳;围绕"三能",转换学习领域,确立"学校课程+行业课程+企业课程"的总结构与课程模块;突出"三证",最终架构起物流管理专业现代学徒制"立体交互式"课程体系。In the major of Logistics Management in Nantong Vocational University, a new apprentice class has been built together with Nantong Linsen Logistics Co., Ltd. In practice, a “ 333” personnel training mode combining work and study are carried out, which means the students will have to practice in three different positions, and exercise three abilities and obtain three certificates. This builds a time-based three-dimension-al curriculum system, via the dimensions of “ ability, post and certificate” . It interprets knowledge and areas of exercises based on the analysis of “ three posts” . It transfers learning field, and establishes a curriculum module including college courses, professional courses and enterprise courses according to “ three abilities” . Finally it builds a three-dimensional curriculum system of the Logistics Management by emphasizing '' three certificates” .
