摘　　要：蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoidhcmorrhagc,SAH）是由脑部病变导致的血管破裂、促使血液进入蛛网膜下腔造成的临床病症,而其中因动脉瘤破裂引起的重症动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血是发病的重要因素,血液进入蛛网膜下腔后使内容物增多,压力升高,还会继发脑血管痉挛等并发症,其临床病死率和致残率都极高.Objective To explore the correlation between serum uric acid and progressive supranuclear palsy（PSP）.Methods 71 patients were selected as the PSP group,70 healthy people as control group.The test was used to compare serum uric acid between PSP patients and controls.By comparing serum uric acid for different genders,among subtypes of the PSP group with their counterparts in the control group.The relevance between serum uric acid and H-Y,UPDRSⅢ and disease duration was calculated by Spearman correlation coefficients.Results The UPDRSⅢ、PSPRS of PSP group were significantly higher than the controls（P0.05）.However,the serum uric acid of PSP group were significantly lower than the controls（P0.05）.When the male and female groups were investigated separately,the decrease of serum uric acid was more significant in the male groups compared to the female（P0.01）,also lower than the male controls（P0.01）.Serum uric acid in subtypes of the PSP groups were significantly lower than the controls（P0.05）.Serum uric acid was a inverse association between H-Y and UPDRS Ⅲ,however,serum uric acid was in a significantly negative correlation with disease duration（P0.01）.Conclusion The reduced serum uric acid may be associated with PSP,especially in the male,the lower serum uric acid,the more severity in PSP;serum uric acid as a natural antioxidant,it could be a natural protective factor in PSP.
