摘　　要：神经系统遗传病是指发生于中枢神经系统、周围神经系统、肌肉及相关靶器官的,由遗传因素导致相应结构出现功能障碍的一组疾病。本文将基于笔者长期实践经验,结合对文献资料的回顾,阐述神经系统遗传病基因检测的策略。Hereditary nervous system diseases refer to a group of diseases that affect the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system, muscles and related target organs, which cause dysfunction of the corresponding structures due to genetic factors. This article will explain the gene identification strategy of hereditary nervous system diseases basing on experience and literature.
