《齐民要术》中的动物养殖技术伦理探析

摘　　要：北魏贾思勰的《齐民要术》是我国古代的一部农业百科全书。书中对于马、牛、羊、猪、鸡等常见家畜动物的养殖技术讲解不仅周全实际,而且体现出朴素的动物养殖伦理思想。遵循该书第六卷开头所提出的16字役养原则,分析后文关于各种家畜的识别、饲养管理、繁育、兽医技术及利用方法等内容,在简单叙述家畜养殖技巧的同时,重在理解和探讨这些养殖技术中所反映的人与动物互利互惠的动物伦理思想。Fundamental Skills of the Populace（QiminYaoshu）written by Jia Sixie in the early 6th century during north Wei dynasty is an encyclopedic work of agriculture in ancient China.There are comprehensive and practical accounts of raising domestic animals such as horses,cattle,goats,pigs,chicken,and etc.From the general animal-use principle to the practical and detailed guidelines about the differentiation of animals,breeding,preparation of feeding-stuff,veterinary medicine,employment of animal power and food use,the writing shows plain animal ethics that emphasize the mutually beneficial relationship between the domestic animals and human being.
