摘  要:为探讨某新型牵引式悬架对汽车平顺性的影响,利用ADAMS/Car软件创建了包括前后悬架、转向系、轮胎及车身等子系统在内的整车仿真模型,并阐述了建模过程的关键问题。基于ADAMS/Car四柱试验台进行了随机路面输入和脉冲路面输入平顺性仿真,通过计算随机不平路面激励下汽车总加权加速度均方根值和脉冲激励下车身最大垂向加速度,分别对汽车平顺性做出评价。仿真结果表明该车平顺性良好,满足厂家提出的要求,为下一步设计分析提供了理论依据。In order to explore a new traction suspension effect on the ride comfort of the vehicle, a vehicle simulation model including the front and rear suspension, steering system, tire and vehicle subsystems, using ADAMS/Car software is built, and the key problems of modeling process are discussed. Ride comfort simulation for the random road input and pulse road input is done on ADAMS/Car four -post test rig, the ride comfort is evaluated respectively through calculating weighted RMS acceleration in the case of rough road excitation and the maximum vertical acceleration under the condition of pulse excitation. The results show that the vehicle has good ride comfort under the random input road and the pulse input road. The simulation results of vehicle comfort meet the requirements of manufacturers, providing a theoretical basis for the next design analysis.
