摘　　要：先天性巨结肠是儿科常见肠道畸形,老年人发病罕见,极易误诊,现报道1例成人先天性巨结肠并肠梗阻病例,有助于临床医师对反复便秘患者鉴别诊断。Hirschsprung＇s disease is a common pediatric intestinal malformation,the elder presented rarely and easily misdiagnosed.Here,one case of adult hirschsprung＇s disease with intestinal obstruction was reported. It may help clinicians to make clear identification of patients with recurrent constipation.
