中青年女性休闲福利主观认同感状况研究——基于对已担任母职的中青年女性的调查

摘　　要：参与休闲是在激烈的社会竞争和快速社会变迁中释放个体生活压力和提升个体生活质量的重要生活方式。然而长期以来,女性的休闲权益处于失语状态。本研究以已担任母职的中青年女性的休闲状态为研究起点,采用定量研究的方法,分析在教育"拼妈"不断升级的社会情境下,个体的就业状态、子女数量、质量、社会环境因素对已担任母职的中青年女性休闲福利主观认同感的影响,提出构建性别向度的休闲策略,女性母职再造的社会文化保障,以确实增进中青年女性的休闲福利。Participating in leisure is an important way of life to release the pressure of individual life and enhance the quality of individual life in the fierce social competition and rapid social change.However,for a long time,women's leisure rights and interests are in a state of aphasia.The study takes the leisure state of young and middle-aged women who are mothers as research objects by using the method of quantitative research,analyzes the influence of the individual employment statues,the number of their children,the quality of individual and social environment on the young and middle-aged women's leisure welfare subjective identity of with the escalating of mothers' competition in children's education,and puts forward the suggestions of construction of gender-oriented leisure strategies,motherhood reconstruction of social and cultural security in order to enhance the young and middle-aged women's leisure welfare.
