摘 要:介绍了新型糖浆上浮闭环比值自控系统的组成及糖浆温度、糖浆流量、辅料量比值各控制子系统的实现。运行结果表明,该系统的各控制部分都能满足糖厂上浮生产的工艺要求,可有效减少糖浆非糖分含量,提高成品糖质量。The composition of closed-loop ratio automatic control system in syrup floatation was introduced and the control subsystem of syrup temperature, syrup flow and ratio of auxiliary materials had been successfully applied. The results indicated that each constituent of this system could satisfy the floating production technological requirement in sugar mill, the non-sugar contents of syrup can be effectively reduced and the quality of sugar was improved.
