摘　　要：当前,网络阵地已经成为高校意识形态工作的主战场,网络意识形态工作是筑牢高校意识形态阵地的重点,是服务于网络安全治理的题中之义,也是坚持高校主流舆论引导的重要保证。当前,从国际形势来看,网络已成为西方意识形态渗透的主要渠道,高校主流意识形态领导权和主导权面临威胁;从国内形势来看,经济发展新常态下凝聚高校师生网上共识的任务更加繁重,高校网上舆论斗争更加激烈;从师生思想实际来看,师生思想动态呈现新变化,高校网络意识形态工作的难度系数增加;从高校自身看来,网络意识形态阵地管理还存在许多薄弱环节,高校网络思想政治工作水平亟待提高。为此,高校必须严格落实网络意识形态工作责任制,切实加强网络意识形态安全教育,强化网络意识形态阵地管理,不断完善网络意识形态工作的导向机制、生成机制、管控机制和保障机制。At present,network has already become the main battlefield of university ideological work.As a part of network safety,network ideology is the focus of safeguarding the ideological space and guaranteeing the dominance of mainstream public opinion in universities.From the international perspective,internet has become the main channel through which the western ideology penetrates,which threatens the leading and dominating role of university mainstream ideology in China.From the domestic perspective and against the background of the new norm of economic development,it has become more urgent for instructors and students in higher institutions to reach a consensus as the competition online for ideological dominance would be increasingly intense.From the perspective of the ideological make-up of instructors and students,new changes are taking place,and it is becoming more and more difficult for higher institutions to carry out effective internet ideology work.In the meanwhile,it is advisable for higher institutions to improve its network security,as many weakareas still exist in terms of internet ideological space management.Therefore,individuals have to be held responsible for corresponding network ideological security issues,and their awareness has to be raised;internet ideological space management system has to be strengthened,and the systematic orientation,production,management and control and safeguarding mechanisms have to be put into place.
