翻转课堂教学模式在高校军事理论课教学中的应用研究——以贵州师范大学为例  被引量:6

摘  要:随着信息技术和教学模式的不断整合,以翻转课堂为代表的新型教学模式的产生。翻转课堂为高校培养创新型人才提供了新的途径。文章从大学军事理论课程教学的角度出发探讨翻转课堂教学的运行模式,并以贵州师范大学军事理论课程为样本,探讨线上线下教学模式对师生产生的影响。通过研究实践,翻转课堂作为教学模式的新生事物,首先,资源协调和投入对建设优质网络教学平台意义重大,尤其是师资队伍建设;其次,网络学习平台缺乏对学生参与的有效监督和考核机制;最后,翻转课堂模式应用于军事理论课程所产生的育人树德意义值得关注。With the continuous integration of information technology and teaching model, flipped classroom which is a new teaching model is engendered. Flipped classroom provides a new way for the college to cultivate innovative talents. From the college of military theory teaching, the article researches the operation model of flipped classroom, and discusses the influence of teachers and students from the online and offline teaching model, which is in the military teaching of Guizhou Normal University. From teaching practices, the flipped classroom, as a new teaching model, firstly, is important to coordinate and invest resource for constructing quality network teaching platform, especially the construction of teaching staff. Secondly, the network learning platform lacks effective supervision and assessment mechanism for student participation. Lastly, it is worthy to pay attention to the significance of moral education, which is from the application of flipped classroom in the military theory teaching in colleges.
