摘 要:针对薄板搭接自动焊缝跟踪目前存在的不足以及电容传感器边缘效应的特点,设计出一种应用于薄板搭接的摆动式相邻电容传感器.首先建立了相邻电容传感器以及该传感器扫描焊缝坡口的数学模型,其次采用Matlab软件对模型进行了仿真分析,并通过试验验证了该模型的正确性及有效性.最后搭建了跟踪试验平台进行了跟踪试验.结果表明,采用摆动式相邻电容传感器能够实现薄板搭接焊缝的跟踪,这为薄板焊缝自动跟踪提供了一种新的技术.A swing-type seam-tracking sensor with adjacent capacitances for overlap of sheet is developed to overcome the shortcomings of seam tracking for sheet automatic overlap welding and the edge effect of capacitance sensor. First,models for adjacent capacitive sensor and scanning welding groove are established. Second,simulation analysis is conducted with Matlab software,and the correctness and validity of the model is verified. Finally,a platform is set for tracking test. The results indicate that using swing-type adjacent capacitance sensor can achieve weld tracking during overlap welding of sheet,which provides a new technology for automatic tracking of sheet weld.
