摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,各行各业对人才的需求逐渐增大,很多高等院校的专业设置和人才培养模式都在向应用型、复合型人才的方向发展。高校对人才的培育要依托地方经济发展的需求,积极探索校企合作、校企融合的形式进行专业人才培养,要与企业建立有效的合作机制,才能提高应用型、复合型人才的培养质量。With the rapid development of social economy,the demand of talents is increasing in all walks of life. Many professional institutions and talents training modes are developing in the direction of application and compound talents.The cultivation of talents in colleges and universities should rely on the needs of local economic development and actively explore the form of professional personnel training in school-enterprise cooperation,establish effective cooperation mechanism in order to improve applied and compound talents training quality.
