摘　　要：[目的]探究病人对医生角色行为认知现状及影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样法抽取二级、三级医院住院病人512例,采用自行研制的病人一般情况调查表和病人对医生角色行为认知调查问卷对调查对象进行调查。[结果]病人对医生角色行为的认知评价整体得分较高,总分为(105.44±11.92)分,对医生的职业素养、胜任力和以病人为中心的诊疗有一定认可度;医院等级、居住地、本次住院有无手术经历影响病人对医生角色行为的认知;多数调查对象对医生角色行为的认知是积极的,二级、三级医院病人,上海市和外省市的病人,本次住院有或无手术经历的病人对医生角色行为的认知有差异。[结论]对于上海本地区、三级医院及无手术经历的病人给予详细的健康教育宣教,使病人全面了解医院特色及医生角色,使其对医生角色行为有正确的认识。Objective：To explore the cognition status quo and influencing factors of the patients on doctor＇s role behavior.Methods：The convenience sampling method was used to extract the inpatients in second and third grade hospitals.The respondents were surveyed on doctor＇s role behavior by using self-designed patients＇ general situation questionnaire and patients＇ cognition questionnaire.Results：The overall score of the cognitive evaluation on patient＇s cognition on doctor＇s role behavior was higher,and the total score was（105.44±11.92）,they had a certain degree of approval for doctors＇ professional accomplishment,competence and patient-centered diagnosis and treatment.Hospital rank,place of residence and with or without surgery experience in this hospitalization affected the patient＇s cognition on doctor＇s role behavior.Most of the respondents were positive about the doctor＇s role behavior.These patients had different cognition on doctor＇s role behavior who were in seond and third grade hospitals,or in Shanghai and other provinces and cities and had operation experience or not.Conclusions：Most of the respondents were positive about the doctor＇s role behavior and had a certain degree of approval for doctors＇ professional accomplishment,competence and patient centered diagnosis and treatment.We should give positive guidance to patients in Shanghai,or third grade hospitals or no surgical experience,so that patients can fully understand the hospital characteristics and the role of doctors and have a correct cognition on the role of doctors.
