摘　　要：[目的]系统评价肠造口病人生活体验质性研究。[方法]系统检索2012年3月—2016年7月PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PsycINFO、CINAHL数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库上从建库至2016年7月肠造口病人生活体验相关质性研究文献,采用"澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准"评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。[结果]共纳入24项研究,提炼40个完整的研究结果,归纳出9个新的类别,并得到3个整合结果:(1)肠造口给病人的生理、心理、社会方面造成诸多不良影响;(2)造口病人渴望来自多方面的支持,并对支持表示感恩;(3)造口病人通过自我情绪调适和提高自我管理水平来实现生活重建。[结论]肠造口给病人的生活带来一系列的不良影响,尤其是造口术后的情绪变化。医务人员应给予病人必要的帮助和指导,促进其自我适应,提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To integrate related qualitative studies and systematically evaluate the life experience of enterostomy patients.Methods：Retoded qualitative research literatures were searched systematicly March 2012-July 2016 in PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PsycINFO,CINAHL database and in the Chinese biomedical database,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Vip database from the reservoir to July 2016.The quality of the literatures was evaluated by the＂Quality Evaluation Criteria for Quality Evaluation of Australian JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center＂,and the results were aggregated.Results：A total of 24 studies were included,40 complete studies were extracted,nine new categories were summarized,and three integration results were obtained：（1）Intestinal stoma had many adverse effects for the patient＇s physiological,psychological and social aspects;（2）Ostomy patients were eager to come from a variety of support and for support;（3）The patients through self-emotional adjustment improved the level of self-management to achieve life reconstruction.Conclusions：Intestinal stoma brought a series of adverse effects to the patient＇s life,especially after the emotional changes in ostomy.Medical staff should give the patients the necessary help and guidance to promote their selfadaptation and improve the quality of life of patients.
