摘 要:采用热压法制备了酚醛树脂质量分数为4%~12%的5种树脂基合成汽车刹车片,并用Link3000型惯量试验台、Link3900型NVH惯量试验台以及Link3336压缩试验机分别测试了刹车片的摩擦性能、噪音性能、压缩性能,并结合刹车片试样的力学性能和显微组织分析,探讨了酚醛树脂含量对刹车片摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随酚醛树脂含量增加,刹车片的平均摩擦因数和高温摩擦因数降低,引起衰退,同时制动噪音增加,噪音发生概率逐渐上升,且噪音强度随之增加;当酚醛树脂质量分数为6%时,摩擦因数稳定性最好,不易引起衰退;当酚醛树脂质量分数为4%~6%时噪音发生概率最低。Five kinds of composite brake with phenolic resin mass percent of 4%-12% was prepared through hot pressing method. The Link3000 inertia friction test bench,Link3900 NVH inertia friction test bench and Link3336 compression testing machine were used to test the friction performance,noise performance and compression performance of the brake. The effect of phenolic resin content on the friction and wear properties of the brake were discussed combined with the microstructure and mechanical properties analysis. Results show that with the increase of phenolic resin content,the average friction coefficient and high temperature friction coefficient decrease,leading to recession. At the same time,the braking noise,the noise probability and the noise intensity increase. When the mass percent of phenolic resin is 6%,the friction coefficient has the best stability,which is not easy to cause recession;and the noise probability is the minimum when the mass percent of phenolic resin is 4%-6%.
