摘 要:目的:建立测定艾叶中桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、β-石竹烯、氧化石竹烯5种成分含量的气相色谱质谱方法。方法:艾叶药材采用正己烷回流提取1h。运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,以丁香酚为内标,同时对艾叶中的5种挥发性成分进行定量分析。色谱条件为Agilent HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)气相色谱柱,采用程序升温方式;质谱采用EI离子源,选择离子监测模式,温度250℃。结果:5种成分分离良好,在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率符合要求。结论:该方法简单快速,可为艾叶的多成分测定及其质量评价提供依据。Objiective To establish a rapid method for simultaneous determination of Eucalyptol, Camphor, Borneol, β - Caryo- phyllene and Caryophyllene oxide from Artemisiae argyi folium by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Methods Artemisiae argyi folium was reflux extracted with n - hexane for 1 h. Based on GC - MS, the 5 compounds were simultaneously determined with the ino ternal standard Eugenol. The GC -MS analysis was carried out on Agilent HP-5MS capillary column (30 m ×0.25mm, 0. 25μm) with programmed temperature method. Mass spectra were taken with El source SIM mode and the temperature was 250℃. Results Five volatile components were detected with good separation. They have good linear relationship in their respective concentration range, and the average recovery all meet the requirements. Conclusion The developed method is simple and quick, which can be used as muhicomponent determination and provides reference for the quality control of Artemisiae argyi folium.
