摘　　要：我国"全面二孩"政策的实施使得助产专业人才需求迫切,为贯彻落实《中医药发展"十三五"规划》和《医药卫生中长期发展规划(2011—2020)》,进一步完善助产专业人才培养模式,我校在优化师资队伍结构、调整专业课程配置、丰富课程教学资源、校院合作开展综合实训改革等方面进行了一系列以提升人才培养质量并凸显中医药特色的助产专业实训基地建设,满足了社会对高素质助产人才的需要。The implementation of the ＂two children policy＂ in our country has made the demand for midwifery professionals urgent.To implement the Development of Chinese Medicine ＂13th Five-Year＂ Plan and Health Long-Term Development Plan（2011-2020）,and to further improve the training mode of midwifery professionals,our school made the training base construction by a series of improving the quality of personnel training and highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,in the aspects of the optimization of teachers＇ structure,adjusting the curriculum configuration,enriching curriculum resources,carrying out reform of the school hospital cooperation about comprehensive training.It meets the needs of the society for high-quality midwifery talents.
