摘  要:以中国教育统计年鉴中的相关数据为基础,本文从科学教师的数量、性别结构和学历层次的角度分析了近年来我国小学科学教师基本概况;从实验仪器达标率、生均实验室使用面积和生均实验仪器设备资产值三个方面具体分析了我国小学科学教育基础设施的整体状况。结果表明,我国小学科学教师缺口量达到3.7万人,教师学历普遍偏低,教育基础设施城乡差异较大。为了应对小学科学课程的全面开展以及新课标的具体实施,可从解决科学教师缺口、利用好校内外科学教育资源以及新媒体技术等方面着手。In this paper,the basic situation of primary school science teachers in China which is analyzed includes the number,the gender ratio,and the educational level of science teachers.The overall landscape of science education infrastructure in primary schools is also analyzed from the standard rate of experimental instrument,the per-student lab area and the experimental instrument asset.The results show that science teachers in primary schools in China are still lacking,requiring an additional number of 37 000 teachers,and the educational infrastructure in the urban areas is rather different from the counterpart in the rural areas.Therefore,in order to deal with the comprehensive development of science curriculum in primary schools,it is advised to start with filling the gap of science teachers,using the resources of scientific education facilities inside and outside of school,and using new media skill.
