摘  要:探讨"三位一体"教学模式在《解剖学》课程中的应用,以临床医学专业4个平行班级的152名学生为研究对象,其中两个班采用"三位一体"教学模式(教改班),另两个班级采用传统教学模式(对照组),并通过考试及问卷调查评价教学效果.结果显示,教改班学生总评成绩平均提高17分(P<0.05),教改班学生在学习兴趣、临床思维能力、解剖知识应用能力、外科实践操作能力等方面均高于对照班(P<0.05).由此可见,"三位一体"教学模式用于《解剖学》课程教学,能够提升学生操作能力与临床思维能力,对培养应用型医学人才有重要意义.This paper explores the application of the Trinity teaching model in the " Anatomy" course,with 152 students in four parallel classes of clinical medicine as the research object,two of which use the trinity teaching mode(teaching reform class)and the other two(the control group),and the examination and questionnaire have been used to evaluate the teaching results.The results show that the average score of teaching students has been improved by 17 points(P 0.05),and the students in the teaching reform class are higher than the control classes in learning interest,clinical thinking ability,anatomical knowledge application ability,surgical practice ability and so on(P 0.05).Therefore,the trinity teaching model in Anatomy teaching can improve the students' ability of operation and clinical thinking ability,and it is of great significance to cultivate applied medical talents.
