摘 要:任务导向的慕课研修即研修初明确研修任务和目标,研修中采用线上与线下相结合的方法来展开,遇到问题给予及时解答,以有效达成研修目标、改善研修体验的教师专业发展模式。基于上海市高中名校慕课建设的教师研修项目,本研究通过问卷调查和座谈访谈等方法对任务导向的慕课研修实践进行了调研,分析表明:明确的研修目标、优质的线上课程、及时的答疑辅导、针对问题的线下研修等是研修实施的关键;任务导向的慕课研修需要改进之处有:学员间的交流不够有效,研修的自主性与组织实施成本之间的矛盾,研修组织管理有待改善等。With the social development from the industrial to the information era, teacher training has to be transferred to meet the needs. How to improve the effects of the teacher training is the big issue nowadays. In the digital era, based on the specific training tasks and objects, integrating MOOCs with offline activities, this teacher training model can enhance teachers' learning autonomy, better the learning experiences, and promote the learning effect. Based on the Shanghai outstanding high school teacher training for constructing MOOCs in the schools, the questionnaire survey and interview study indicated that teachers are full of praise for this blen- ded learning. And the analysis indicated that the following elements are very important for the successes of this training: the specific learning tasks and objects, the highly selective and qualified online courses, timely an- swering and responding to teachers' questioning, questions or practices-directed offline activities, convenient and friendly Learning Management System, correct evaluation and management system, etc.
