摘  要:开展教育质量综合评价,是国家教育改革的迫切需求,也是世界各国提升教育质量的共同趋势。基于此,本文结合上海市"绿色指标"综合评价及其校本化评价实践成果,探讨学校如何基于对教育质量的全面诊断和综合分析,建立基于实证数据的持续改进和提升教育质量的有效机制,为全市推进基础教育质量综合评价改革提供有益经验。Promote the resolution of comprehensive assessment about the quality of education is not only the ur- gent requirement for national educational reform but also the common trend to enhance the educational quality all around the world. Then under the reform, Shanghai developed a new comprehensive assessment named "The Green Assessment Indicators of Student Academic Quality in Compulsory Education". In this article we will focus on discuss the primary and secondary schools in Shanghai how to make use of the comprehensive as- sessment report for educational quality to build up the "The improvement mechanism base on the empirical da- ta" and "The mechanism to improve the educational quality", and to provide useful experience for promote the resolution of comprehensive assessment about quality of elementary education in Shanghai.
