摘　　要：该文对德国著名的克劳斯塔尔工业大学工程学科及先进的工程教育模式进行了研究,对其工程实践教学模式和考评机制、师生对待教学和学业的态度、教授的工程背景资历及校企合作机制、学生技术竞赛成果的实用性四个方面进行了分析,提出其工程教育体系的先进性和高质量工程人才培训方法,对我国工程教育培养模式方法的建设有着较高的借鉴价值。This paper studies the engineering discipline and advanced practice education models of the famous Clausthal University of Technology in Germany. It analyzes the four aspects of engineering practice teaching mode from the evaluation mechanism,the teachers and students＇ attitude to teaching and learning,the engineering background the qualification and the practicality of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and students＇ technology competition achievement. It shows the advanced nature of the engineering education system and the training method of high quality engineering talents,which has a high value for the construction of the engineering education mode.
