摘　　要：大多数高校针对实验实践课程都实施了开放的教学模式,但是管理方式的转变相对滞后。该文从实验室开放的重要性和必要性出发,结合解放军信息工程大学的实际情况,运用激励理论,探讨构建互联网+的教育平台,制定实验教学激励机制以及调动老师和学生积极性的开放教学模式。Now most colleges and universities have implemented the open teaching mode for experimental courses,but the transformation way of management is relatively lagging. In this paper,based on the importance and necessity of laboratory opening,combined with the actual situation of our school,used the incentive theory,it explored to discuss the construction of Internet＋ and education platform,established the incentive mechanism of experiment teaching and the open teaching mode to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students.
