摘 要:近年来,越来越多中国学生出国留学。尽管大多数留学生在出国前已经花了很长时间学习英语,语言仍然是他们面临的首要障碍。本文基于民族志的研究方法,选取六位在英中国留学生为研究者,通过访谈等方式记录他们在英语听力、阅读、口语和写作遇到的具体困难,并结合相关理论,比较第一语言和外语学习过程的差异,分析造成这些困难的原因,提出需要从创造多样的语言学习环境和重视文化意识培养两方面双管齐下解决困难的建议。An increasing number of Chinese students have chosen to study abroad in recent years. Although most of them have passed English proficiency tests such as IELTS before going overseas, foreign language is still the primary obstacle for them. This ethnographic research chooses four Chinese overseas students as the participants and explores the difficulties they have encountered in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Data are collected through interviews and documentations. Comments on how this data links with theories on language learning are also presented and the possible solutions are offered at the end.
