摘　　要：推进高职院校产业文化育人,覆盖了以产教融合、校企合作为基础的人才培养模式改革、课程改革、课堂教学改革,包括引入工作价值观教育、开展职业素质训练等的素质教育改革,包括地方服务的拓展,也包括区域产业文化与教育教学的结合。以产业文化融入职业教育,深化产教融合为背景,就高职院校开展产业文化育人,必须要立足产业、服务产业、融入产业,建立外部协同共治、内部全方位育人的治理机制提出对策和路径。Promote the industry culture education in higher vocational colleges,Covered on the basis of the fusion, university-enterprise cooperation education of talent training mode reform, curriculum reform, classroom teaching reform.Including the introduction of work values education, quality education reform of professional quality training, etc.Including local industry development, also including the combination of regional industry culture and education teaching.Based on the industry culture in vocational education, deepen education integration as the background,higher vocational colleges to carry out the industry culture education,must be based on industry, service industry, integrated into the industry, establishing external collaborative work,internal governance mechanism of all-round education put forward countermeasure and path.
