摘 要:目的探讨死亡教育对新入院护士职业观的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2016年12月我院新入院的护士60名作为研究对象,均给予死亡教育,采用中文版死亡态度描绘量表(DAP-R)及护士职业价值观量表作为评价工具,于死亡教育前后对研究对象进行评价。结果死亡教育后提供照顾、行动主义、责任自由及安全、信任评分均显著高于死亡教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),死亡教育后自然接受、逃离接受及趋近接受评分显著高于死亡教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),死亡教育后死亡逃避及死亡恐惧评分低于死亡教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论死亡教育可引导新入院护士客观地认识死亡,建立良好的死亡适应心理,树立积极的职业价值观。Objective To discuss influence of death education on the occupational values of new nurses. Methods 60 cases of new nurses were selected from June 2015 to December 2016 in our Hospitals. It received the death education, Using Death Attitude Profile--Revised(DAP-R) and Nurse Professional Values Scale as an evaluation tool, before and after the death education to evalu- ate the research objects. Results Provide care, activism, responsibility freedom and Safety and trust score of before the death education was significantly higher than after the death education, it was statistically significant (P〈0. 05), take in good part, escape acceptance, approach Acceptance score of before the death education, it was significantly higher than after the death education, statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Death Avoidance, fear of death score before the death education was significantly lower than after the death education, it was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Death education can guide new hospital nurse objectively know death, establish a good death adapt to psychological, set a positive career values.
