摘　　要："基于岗位胜任力的人才培养模式研究"以岗位胜任力为导向,探讨高职药学教育培养出的人才应具备的胜任力要素,构建药学服务岗位的胜任力模型,同时提出相应的课程设置和教学改革建议,为促进校院合作育人、培养具有岗位胜任力的技术技能人才提供参考依据。＂Research on talent training mode based on post competency＂, under the orientation of post competency, discusses the competency the talents cultivated in higher vocational education of phar- macy shall possess, builds the competency model of pharmacy service post, and presents the correspond- ing curriculum setting and teaching reform suggestions, to provide the basis of reference for promoting the cooperation of different schools in personnel training and cultivating the technical and skilled talents with post competency.
