摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果,以提升新护士的应急能力。方法通过对照组和试验组在临床教学的效果进行对比,从案例分析成绩、评判性思维能力、教学方法的认知等进行效果评价。结果试验组在考试成绩、评判性思维能力、教学方法的认知等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学在新护士岗前应急能力培养上效果十分显著,有效地提高新护士的应急能力水平,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effects of application of PBL combined with CBL teaching model in pre-employment training to improve nurses’ first aid ability. Methods From aspects such as case study examination,critical thinking ability,satisfaction of the teaching method to evaluation the effects of traditional method and the experimental method. Results The experimental group is better than the traditional group from the examination,the critical thinking ability and the satisfaction of the teaching method with a statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The teaching model of PBL combined with CBL is very useful in the first aid ability training. It is worth to be used in training.
