系统式家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者家庭成员的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统式家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者复发情况及对其家庭功能的影响。方法选取2011年8月到2014年10月就诊于该院的精神分裂症患者160例,依据患者家庭成员的意愿,将患者分为治疗组(在常规治疗基础上进行系统式家庭治疗)80例,对照组(进行常规治疗)80例,跟踪随访12个月,对比两组患者的复发率、家庭成员(配偶、子女)治疗前后的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评分。结果 6个月及12个月治疗组患者复发率分别为12.50%、15.00%,均显著低于同期对照组患者的复发率47.50%、57.50%(P<0.05);治疗结束后,治疗组家庭成员,尤其是配偶的SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);家庭功能在6个月及12个月均显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统式家庭治疗能够有效降低精神分裂症患者复发率,且能够有效避免其家庭成员紧张焦虑情况发生,有利于保障其家庭功能的正常。Objective To investigate the effect of systemic family therapy on schizophrenic patients and their family functioning. Methods From August 2011 to October 2014,160 schizophrenia patients in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group（systematic family therapy based on routine treatment,n=80）and control group（conventional therapy,n=80）. All the patients and their families were followed up for 12 months. The recurrence of patients,their family members＇ mental status and family function in two groups were compared. Results After 6 and 12 months treatment,the recurrence rate in treatment group（12.50% and 15%）were significantly lower than those in the control group（47.50% and 57.50%）（P〈0.05）;SCL-90 scores of family members in the treatment group,especially the spouse＇s,were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;family function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The systemic family therapy can effectively reduce relapse in schizophrenia patients,effectively avoid the occurrence of anxiety in patients＇ the family members,and improve their family function.
