摘　　要：中医学专业人才遵循"重思维、强技能"的培养要求,立足培养学生的中医原创思维,围绕早临床、多临床、反复临床的实践教学需要,提出了培养具有较强传承能力、创新能力和实践能力的"三能"应用型人才的思路,构建了"123"实践教学共享平台。探讨了整合课程、实训课程、班级导师制等多种模式,为更好地发挥实验教学在应用型人才培养中的作用,提供了有益的实践经验。The thinking of training applied talents with three abilities, i.e. inheritance ability, innovation ability andpractice ability, has been formed and a 1-2-3（1 center, 2 classrooms, 3 sharing platforms） sharing platform ofpractical teaching has been constructed, which follows the training demands of appreciating thought and reinforcingskills, and requirements of cultivating original thinking and early, frequent and repeated clinical practice. Somemodes are explored including integrating curriculum, training courses and class tutorial system, and beneficialpractice experience has been provided for experimental teaching.
