摘  要:“形成性评价”以学生作为培养主体,以激发学生的兴趣为目标,是一种充分调动学生学习能力的评价方法。医学培养不能只注重课堂知识的给予,更应重视临床操作能力的培训,注意培养理论结合临床的全方位医疗人员。现在中医领域学生临床操作水平普遍不高,为更好地完善中医男科临床带教,以该评价方法代替以往的出科考试,观察此评价方式对中医类医学生临床教学的推动及成效。研究发现,绝大多数学生认为该评价方法更有利于临床学习,满意度与考核成绩相关性明显。The "formative assessment" is a kind of evaluation method which can fully mobilize the students' learning ability with students as the main body and stimulating students' interest as the goal. Medical education should not only pay attention to the knowledge of the classroom, but also attach importance to the training of clinical operation ability. Now, in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, students' clinical operation level is not high. To improve clinical andrology teaching of TCM better, we took formative assessment instead of the after-department examination in the evaluation method, observed its effect to promote clinical teaching for medical students in traditional Chinese medicine. The study found that the vast majority of students believed that the evaluation method was more conducive to clinical learning, satisfaction and assessment scores were significantly correlated.
