摘　　要：RS422总线是航空系统中应用较多的总线类型,在对数据原码进行物理量解析环节该总线经常遇到数据频繁出现野值的情况:为了解决此类问题,文中以某型机某RS422总线数据解析中野值剔除为例,给出了这类问题在工程应用中普适的解决方法和思路,即深入研究数据通信协议并深度分析数据结构后结合野值产生的规律,定位野值产生的原因。为此类总线数据处理提供了可参考的思路和方法。RS422 bus is often used in aviation system. In the process of analyzing physical quantity, there are lots of outliers. To solve this kind of problem, in this paper, take the example of RS422 bus in a certain type of aerocrafi, solving methods and ideas in the engineering application are given. We must study the data communication protocol and analysis the data structure in depth. Then, combining the law of the out-liers, we can location the cause of outliers. It provides a reference for the data processing of this kind of bus.
