摘  要:为了实现节能减排、充分合理利用电力资源的目的,设计了一种基于多任务、多优先级的智能用电管理软件。该软件采用基于嵌入式微处理器ARM Cortex-M3以及硬实时操作系统Fre-eRTOS的智能用电监控系统。根据电能监控系统中各种操作的功能和实时性来划分任务的优先级,以确保系统运行的高效可靠,并对智能楼宇、智能家居中的各种电源及用电负荷的电压、电流、功率因数等用电参数进行实时监测。实验结果表明,本系统可以为用户实施智能用电管理提供丰富的实时数据,满足智能用电的需求。In order to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption and exhaust emissions, as well as taking full advantage of the electric power resources, a smart power management software based on multitask and multi-priority is designed. The software uses the smart electric power utilization monitoring system based on embedded microprocessor-ARM Cortex-M3, and hard real time operation system- FreeRTOS. The priorities of the tasks in the electric energy monitoring system are scheduled according to their functions and real time features to ensure that the system operates efficiently and reliably, and the electric parameters of the electric power sources and loads in the smart buildings or smart homes are real2 time monitored, such as voltage, current, power factor, and so on. Experimental results show that the system can provide abundant operational data for the electric power consumers to implement the smart power management and meet the requirements of the smart power utilization.
