摘　　要：移动互联技术的不断发展壮大,推动了移动学习的不断向前发展,基于智能设备的移动课堂与移动资源正在革新学习方式与手段。文章就航海技术专业教学资源库的建设展开探讨,并在此基础上进一步提出航海移动教学资源的设计原则与涵盖内容,可在一定程度上为相关研究者提供参考与借鉴。The continuous development of mobile Internet technology has promoted the development of mobile learning. The mobile class and mobile resource based on intelligent equipment are innovating learning and teaching methods and means. This paper discusses the construction of the teaching resource library of navigation technology, and further puts forward the design principles and contents of navigation mobile teaching resources, and then provides reference for the relevant researchers to a certain extent.
