摘 要:采用小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,以试验组与对照组悬浮液分别灌胃给药,跟踪测定小鼠体重、眼球取血测定空腹血糖含量,以及心、肝、肾组织氧化水平相关指标。试验发现,与模型组相比,经14 d喂养,小鼠高、中、低剂量对照组和试验组体重均增长迅速(P<0.05),高、中剂量试验组体重增长水平与对照组相比有差异(P<0.05)。第7天与第14天,对照组和试验组血糖值均降低,与模型组差异显著(P<0.05),其中高剂量试验组效果最佳,血糖值比模型组降低了36.21%和59.98%(P<0.01),且试验组血糖降低水平大于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,通过测定各组小鼠心、肝、肾氧化指标表明,2种果渣均能明显升高T-AOC、SOD并降低MDA(P<0.01)。结果表明,挤压超微粉碎刺梨果渣与原料果渣对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降低血糖的作用,其中挤压超微粉碎处理降糖作用较优。刺梨果渣能较好降血糖及改善氧化应激作用,有助于缓解糖尿病症状。In this experiment, diabetic mice were induced by alloxan injected via tail veins and divided into experiment groups and control groups taking the soliquoid by intragastric administration, then their weight, fasting blood-glucose according to the eyeball method, and indexes about oxidation in heart, liver and kidney were determined. This research found that the control and experimental groups of different doses (high, middle and low) gained weight rapidly comparing to the model group after 14-days' feed, and the weight's increasing of the high and middle-dose experimental groups is superior to the control groups, which the difference was significant (P〈0.05). On the 7th and 14th day, blood-glucose values of the control and experimental groups were lower than the model group (P〈0.05), while the high-dose experimental group worked best reducing 36.21% and 59.98% of the blood-glucose comparing to the model group (P〈0.01), and the experimental groups depressed the blood-glucose level more than the control ones as well (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, it indicated by the determination of T-AOC, SOD and reduce MDA (P〈0.01). The results showed that both of the extrusion-and-superfine grinding oxidative indexes in heart, liver and kidney of each group that the two kinds of pomace could significantly enhance Rosa roxbunghii pomace and the raw one could lower the blood-glucose in diabetic mice treating with the alloxan, which the former achieved better result. Rosa roxbunghii pomace can effectively improve the oxidative stress, which is good for relieving the symptoms of diabetes mellitus.
