摘 要:现代管理思维是一个逐渐优化的过程。这种优化经历了由线性思维向关系思维的转向。关系思维的研究是多层次的,文章专注于主体认知模式的诊断。从思维主体视角看,现代管理思维的优化就是从"自我之我"到"他者之我"的主体认知模式的转向。"他者之我"的关系思维主体认知,本质上是一种反馈型的回路思维模式。文章基于现代管理学元理论视角,利用概念辨析与比较的方法,把主体认知转向放在现代管理思维变迁中对其进行细致辨析发现:这种主体认知模式转向对组织管理制度、组织管理者,都有深远影响。Modern management thinking is a gradual process of evolution. This evolution has experienced a transformation from linear thinking to relational thinking. There are multiple layers in the research of relational thinking. This paper focuses on the diagnosis of the thinker's cognitive model. From the perspective of the thinker,the evolution of the modern management thinking is the transformation of the thinker's cognitive thought from the "I"of self to me of "the other". Me of "the other",the relationship between the thinker's cognition,is essentially a loop thinking model of the feedback type. The paper,based on the view of modern management meta-theory,uses the method of concept analysis and comparison,puts the transformation of the thinker's cognition on the process of modern management thinking,then by differentiation and analysis,it finds that the transformation research of the thinker's cognitive model has far-reaching influence in the organization management system and those working in the organization.
