摘 要:本文通过对中国各主要类型铁路环境振动影响现状现场实测,经分析比较得出:目前中国铁路沿线距离线路外侧轨道中心线30 m处,不同类别的铁路环境振动铅垂向最大Z振级范围值为60~84 dB,其中:高速铁路环境振动铅垂向最大Z振级VL_(z,max)低于76 dB;重载铁路环境振动铅垂向最大Z振级VL_(z,max)低于84 dB;客货共线铁路环境振动铅垂向最大Z振级VL_(z,max)低于83 dB。超出80 dB的里程约占线路总里程的3.7%。建议《振动环境质量标准》修订中,对于不同速度等级的铁路应规定不同限值,对于高速铁路和客货共线铁路,环境振动标准限值宜维持原限值不变,即铁路干线两侧区域不高于80dB,若采用新计权网络评价量,铁路干线两侧区域应不高于83 dB;对于重载铁路干线两侧区域,若采用新计权网络评价量,铁路干线两侧区域应不高于86 dB。研究结果为《城市区域环境振动标准》的修订提供了技术依据。By testing the environmental vibration influence conditions of each main type railways in China,this paper drew such conclusions that,the points along the outside railway which is of 30 m distance to the track centre line in recent China,the max plumb vibration acceleration grade range value of different type railways environmental vibration is 60 - 84 dB. Among them,the max plumb vibration acceleration grade,VL_(z,max),of high speed railways environmental vibration is lower than 76 dB,which of heavy haul railways environmental vibration is lower than 84 dB and the VL_(z,max)value of mixed passenger and freight railways environmental vibration is lower than 83 dB. The mileage of VL_(z,max)value higher than 80 dB is about 3. 7% of total mileage. Suggesting that during the revision of The Environmental Quality Standard of Vibration,the different limit should be regulated to the different speed level railways. For high speed railways and mixed passenger and freight railways,the environmental vibration standard limit should maintain the primary value,that no higher than 80 dB around the trunk railways both sides,if taking the new weighted networkassessment value,the VL_(z,max)value around the trunk railways of environmental vibration should be no higher than 83 dB.For which region of heavy haul railways if taking the new weighted networkassessment value,the VL_(z,max)value around the trunk railways of environmental vibration should be no higher than 86 dB. The research results provided technical basis to Urban Region Environmental Vibration Standard
