浅析高校研究生学位论文管理存在的问题及解决途径

摘　　要：研究生学位论文是研究生科研工作的结晶,它集中反映了一名研究生运用基础理论解决实际问题的能力和基本实验技能。研究生论文资料的管理是研究生培养与管理的重要环节,保管与利用好研究生论文资料,既能为学校的学科建设与人才培养提供可靠基础资料,还能为科学研究提供重要的信息。本文以三峡大学为例,针对研究生论文资料管理中存在的问题,结合自己的一些认识和体会,提出了相应的一些建议,以求进一步完善研究生资料管理工作,为学校的人才培养、科学研究和学科建设提供更为可靠的保障。Graduate degree thesis is the crystallization of graduate research work, which reflects the ability of a graduate student to use the basic theory to solve practical problems and the basic experimental skills. The management of postgraduate thesis is an important link in the cultivation and management of graduate students. It is necessary to provide reliable information for the discipline construction and talent cultivation of the school, and to provide important information for scientific research. Taking China Three Gorges University as an example,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems in the management of graduate students＇ papers, in order to further improve the management of graduate students data, and provide more reliable protection for the school＇s personnel training, scientific research and discipline construction.
