摘　　要：通过调研分析高职院校物流专业国际化人才培养现状,很多高职院校还没有国际化人才培养的理念,没有形成清晰的国际化人才培养目标定位,培养的人才满足不了"一带一路"战略实施和跨境电商迅猛发展的需要,学生的国际职业素养、国际职业知识、国际职业能力都很欠缺,与国际化人才的要求相距较远,应转变人才培养的理念,以国际化的视野,培养出既能满足地方经济建设需要的本土化人才,又能适应经济全球化趋势的国际化人才。Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the internationalization of logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges, many higher vocational colleges have no idea of cultivating international talents and have not formed a clear goal of cultivating international talents. The cultivated talents can not meet the needs of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy implementation and the rapid development of cross-border electricity business, and the international professionalism, international professional knowledge and international professional competence of students are lacking, which is far away from the international talent requirements. So we should change the concept of personnel training and cultivate the talents who not only can meet the needs of local economic construction but also can adapt to the trend of economic globalization with the international vision.
