摘　　要：充分发挥工科院校与企业各自在人才培养和工程实践方面的独特优势,共建研究生联合培养基地,是当前研究生教育综合改革形势下提升研究生创新实践能力和就业创业能力的有效途径,是提高工科研究生培养质量的重要举措。结合校企共建研究生联合培养基地的办学实践,对联合培养基地的内涵、意义及出现的问题进行了阐述和分析,并给出一些对策和建议,以期深化研究生教育内涵式发展。Under the current situation of comprehensive reform of postgraduate education, give full play to the unique advantages of engineering college talent training and enterprise engineering practice and build postgraduate joint training base is an effective way to enhance postgraduates＇ innovation -practice ability and employment - entrepreneurship ability, and this is also an important measure to improve engineering postgraduates training quality. According to the educational practice of university-enterprise buildingjoint training base for postgraduates, this pape r elaborates and analyzes the connotation, significance and problems of the joint training base, and gives some countermeasures and suggestions in order to deepen connotation development of postgraduate education.
