摘  要:MOOCs是数字化时代的在线教育新技术,可不受时空和地域限制,为学员在线提供中外免费优质教育资源。新建本科院校由于软硬件所限以及长期的专科管理运行模式,影响了其辅导员素质的提升,不能满足升本后大学生健康成长和学校持续发展的需要。新建本科院校可充分利用MOOCs在线免费优质教育,借助MOOCs技术平台,加强辅导员队伍建设。Massive open online courses(MOOCs)is one of the emerging technologies in the field of online education in this digital era,and it offers free and high-quality online courses from the top universities in the world to learner without space,time,and region limit.The quality of counselors have been affected by the limitation of hardware and software and long-term running mode of junior college,which is difficult to accommodate the needs of the healthy growth of students and the development of the colleges themselves after their promotion.The newly-promoted undergraduate colleges can make full use of the advantage of MOOCs with free and high-quality online courses,with the aid of MOOCs technology platform,in order to strengthen the construction of counselor team.
