摘  要:传统人力资源管理课程教学模式中教学内容过分偏重理论知识,教学方式过于单一,考核方式过于单调。人力资源管理课程"四型一体"教学模式包括授受型、案例型、模拟型和实践型教学方式。实施"四型一体"教学模式,要厘清课程指导思想,构建知行合一的教学目标;丰富课程内容,激发学生的学习兴趣;强化实践体验,发挥学生的主观能动性;拓展创新思维空间,强化学生创新能力的培养;改革考核方式,注重学生实践技能的提高。In the traditional teaching mode of human resource management course,too much attention is paid to theoretical knowledge in the teaching content,and both teaching and evaluation ways are too single.The "four-in-one"teaching mode in human resource management course includes such teaching methods as giving type,case type,simulation type and practice type.To carry out the "four-in-one"teaching mode,it is necessary to clarify the guiding idea of the course and build the teaching goal with the unity of theory and practice; to enrich the course contents for stimulating students' interest in learning; to strengthen the practice experience for exerting students' subjective initiative; to expand the innovative thinking space for strengthening the cultivation of students' innovative ability; to reform the evaluation way to pay attention to improving students' practical skills.
