摘 要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》出台后,甘孜州学前教育发展取得了突出成绩,同时也暴露出一些问题:农牧区学前教育经费投入不足、学前教育办学形式的区域适应性有待进一步增强、师资专业化程度较低、课程适宜性仍待提高等。分析上述问题的根源,应完善学前教育财政投入体系、建立平民化的实用型学前教育机构、力求职前与职后培训一体化和本土化、开发适宜于区域内学前儿童需要的课程及活动等。After the promulgation of the National Education Reform and Development Program for Medium and Long Term( 2010-2020),outstanding achievements have been made in pre-school education in Ganzi Prefecture,but at the same time,there are still some problems,such as seriously insufficient investment in agricultural and pastoral areas,lacking regional adaptability in school running forms,a low professional level of teachers,lacking suitability in curriculum,and utilitarianism in educational aims. Based on an analysis of the roots of the problems,this paper has proposed suggestions that financial input system for preschool education should be optimized,civilian oriented practical pre-school institutions should be set up,preservice and post service training should be integrated and localized,and curriculum and activities suitable for children of this region should be developed.
