基于学生表现的教师教学质量评价方法研究

摘　　要：在充分考虑评价指标设立的有效性、全面性以及评价方法的难操作性、可信性的基础上,以学生为主体,分别运用层次分析模型(Analytic Hierarchy Process)和TOPSIS分析模型(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)对高校教师教学质量进行评价,然后对两种模型下教师的得分进行综合分析,从而得到教师的最终排名。最后,把此方法得到的教师最终成绩和专家评估成绩进行比较,结果表明,该方法能够客观公正地对教师教学质量进行评价。Based on the consideration of the establishment of effective evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation method and the difficult operation and credibility,this paper uses AHP model（ Analytic Hierarchy Process） and TOPSIS（ Technique for Order Preference model by Similarity to an Ideal Solution） to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers in Universities. Finally,the final result of the method is compared w ith the expert evaluation result. The result show s that the method can evaluate the teaching quality objectively and impartially.
