摘　　要：黔西南州是我国新世纪第二个十年扶贫开发中明确的连片特困地区之一.调查发现, 黔西南州农村贫困人口多且分布广, 农村青壮年人口受教育程度低、 弱势群体多, 返贫率高、 “贫困代际传递”严重等.人均收入低, 增长速度慢, 劳动技能缺失、 家庭增收方式单一;生活方式原始、 生活水平落后, 信息意识弱、 致富欲望强, 受教育程度低、内生发展能力弱.分析发现该地区贫困人口相对集中, 贫困原因较为复杂, 贫困程度尤为深沉.Qianxinan is one of the most difficult areas in China＇s poverty alleviation and development in the second decade of thenew century. The survey found that there are many rural poor people in the poverty-stricken areas. The young and middle-aged ruralpopulation is poorly educated; High poverty rates and ＂poverty intergenerational transmission＂ phenomenon is serious. Low incomeper capita, slow growth rate; lack of labor skills, a single family income; lifestyle primitive, backward living standards; informationawareness weak, rich desire strong; The analysis shows that the poverty population is relatively concentrated in the region; the causesof poverty are more complicated; and the poverty level is particularly deep.
