高职大学生党员发展全程培训的理论与实践研究

摘　　要：在大学生党员发展过程中,开展集中培训教育方面,高校党校位于主体地位。文章提出了高职院校党校应贯彻上级文件精神,提高认识,树立全程培训的理念,把培训教育贯穿大学生党员发展的全过程的观点,并对高职院校学生党员发展的时间序列进行了分析,提出了应该补齐的培训环节,指出了完善全程培训链需要注意和加强的几个问题。In the period of absorbing party members among undergraduates, the party school of colleges and universities play main role in training education. This paper puts forward that the party school should implement the principle and spirit of superior files, increase awareness, establish the idea of all-the-way training, and put the training education into the all-the-way course of absorbing party members among undergraduates. This paper also analyzes the time sequence of undergraduates' joining the party, proposes the training link which should be supplemented, and points out some problems which should be paid attention to and strengthened in the period of perfecting the all-the-way training chain.
